    • All coaching services are provided based on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate coaching sessions at our discretion. Coaching sessions are intended for personal development and are not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or legal advice.

    Payment must be made in full before coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed.  Refund policies are outlined at the time of booking. Typically, refunds are not provided for completed sessions, but exceptions may be made at our discretion.  We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect previously paid services.

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [insert notice period, e.g., 24 hours] prior to the scheduled session
  • Cancellations made less than [notice period] in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.
    • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials related to coaching, are the intellectual property of Mike Burns Coaching unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written permission.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mike Burns Coaching shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or coaching services.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mike Burns Coaching from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

    We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
